I've returned from my road trip! I took over 1200 pictures, most of them from the passenger seat of the car travelling at highway speeds. Some of them are tourist-like pictures, in and around Seattle. I took many pictures of clouds. And mountains. And clouds over mountains. And mountains in the distance with clouds close by. And clouds in the mountains. And .. well, you get the idea. I have to sort through the pictures to decide what's worth keeping and what isn't. My wife bought me a new camera bag, a Lowepro Flipside 300, for an early birthday present. It's a great backpack! The zipper is on the back, so you have the added security of not

I've got my ducks in a row http://kolero.deviantart.com/art/Got-My-Ducks-in-a-Row-169556339 , today was the last day of my Daily Posting and now I'm ready to leave on my (somewhat short) road trip. I had a look on Google Maps for the route we're taking through the mountains in Montana and it looks quite spectacular! When I checked the weather earlier in the week, it looked like it was going to cooperate for pictures, but now it might not. Maybe storm clouds and rain in the mountains will be okay. Or maybe the weather will change before we get there. I won't be posting any new pictures until after I return on the 4th.
